Heritage tours involve walking on potentially uneven, historic terrain. Participants acknowledge the inherent risks associated with visiting ancient and medieval sites, including but not limited to uneven surfaces, stairs, weather exposure, and variable lighting conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ocean-fable shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to your booking shall not exceed the amount you paid for the tour in question.
